PHRC success at the Australian Indoor Rowing Championships

At the recent Australian 'Ergo' championships, Em and Nige, our two PHRC 'lighties', managed to win all 7 events they competed in:
the 1 minute, 500m, 1000m, 2000m in their respective light weight age divisions.
Nige also set 2 new Australian records, Emily was less than 1 second outside the 500m and 1000 m records.
