Finally, our much planned and anticipated verandah over the glass doors on the northside of the club hall has been installed.

The new verandah will provide much needed cover that allows us to better enjoy the river views and outdoors at events held at the club house. We look forward to spending many a fine summer day enjoying bacon and eggs, a snag or a sneaky beer beneath it!

Many thanks to the Infastructure Sub-Committee (consisting of Bruce, Nigel and Ross) for your persistence in getting this over the line. The initiative has been several years in the making, with extensive consultation and approval processes required before works could commence. The installation itself went super smoothly, and was completed between 1st May and 3rd May 2023.
