We are thrilled to announce that Olympic silver medallist and World Champion Emma Dyke has joined the coaching team at Power House Rowing Club this year! Emma brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a deep passion for the sport, making her a fantastic addition to our club.
As a key member of New Zealand’s women’s eight, Emma helped secure a historic silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics and contributed to New Zealand’s first-ever Olympic medal in the event. Her illustrious career also includes a gold medal at the 2019 World Championships and competing at the Rio 2016 Olympics, where her crew placed fourth.
It’s a privilege to have someone of Emma’s calibre joining our team. Her expertise and insights are already making a positive impact, and we can’t wait to see how her leadership will help our rowers achieve their goals.
