Transition Rowing Program
Autumn/ Winter Rowing

The Power House Rowing Club Winter Program will support aspiring senior school, and school leavers over the winter months to enable them to continue their rowing journey.

AIM

  • To teach the art of rowing smaller boats.
  • Bridging the gap between the school program and the Club.
  • Maintaining/ developing fitness, strength & technique,
  • Learn about what rowing opportunities exist in “Club Land”. Become a part of a wonderful community.

 

Program will be lead by club Director of Rowing, Level 3 Rowing Coach, World Champion and Olympian Hannah Every-Hall along with a fabulous team of Power House Coaches.

 

Sweep and scull

We will endeavor to create the option for both sweep and scull throughout the course of the program.

3 on water coached sessions per week

29th April - 5th August (school holidays not included )

$550 for the 12-week program. Includes; club membership and access for 6-months, on water supervised coaching from accredited coaches, squad t-shirt, Power House RC Cap, amazing experience, new friendships, introduction into club rowing.
