2018 School & Pathways Transition - Bridging Winter Training Program
About
The Power House Rowing Club Winter Program is aimed at bridging the gap between the school system and the rowing club of aspiring senior school rowers over the winter months to help continue their rowing journey. The program aims to focus upon the art of moving the boat. Along with developing fitness, strength & technique. During the period of the program, we hope to provide all participants with information about what is on offer in the world rowing. Become a part of an amazing, wonderful community.
The program will be lead by club Director of Rowing, Level 3 Rowing Coach, World Champion and Olympian Hannah Every-Hall, who learnt to row in regional Victoria in the club system.
The program will aim to deliver individual coaching in both sculling &/ or sweep rowing within a squad environment.
At the conclusion of the program, we would ideally like to attend a regatta. This is still the pipelines, but we will keep you informed (additional fees will apply).
Sweep and scull
There will be the option to both sweep and scull throughout the course of the program.
