Learn to Row

PHRC’s Learn to Row Program has commenced in 2017!

Courses run for 6 weeks, and include both on and off water coaching, utilising our unique tank and a specialised program. Once you have completed the program successfully, you can move into our Development Squad, which is fully coached by our volunteer coaching team.

Why row:

#1           Rowing helps you find balance on and off the water

#2           Sometimes there is nothing better than rowing into the sunrise or sunset (or a misty foggy morning)

#3           Rowing can be learned at any age

#4           It is the ultimate team sport and all that team work leads to great friendships

#5           Be adventurous with your exercise routine

#6           Thrill of competing or just for fitness

#7           Can be a team sport or an individual effort

#8           You will get incredibly fit. Rowing is considered one of the top ways to develop all over body fitness, strength, and endurance, both physically and mentally.

PHRC’s Learn to Row Program is in full swing. Below are our upcoming programs. Please note a minimum of people is required in each group for it to go ahead.
